One of the best investments you will make is in the professional development and growth of your people.
Your people are your greatest asset. You as a leader serve them, and not the other way around.
You serve them powerfully by appreciating and recognizing them. One of the best ways to do that is through investing in their future. Companies that do that consistently see that their people in return care as much and more about the mission and goals of the organization.
This is how you build the companies of the future: by growing your greatest asset, your people.
I am passionate about training and coaching employees in organizations that also see their people as their #1 asset, and for leaders that want to serve their people powerfully. Over the last decade plus of working with hundreds of individuals, and dozens of companies and organizations, I have developed a few signature training programs
Trainings

Audience: This training is designed for leaders & managers who have direct reports and aspire to be effective, empathetic and exceptional leaders.
We explore 3 pillars of The Serving Mindset that need to exist between Leader and Teams. We examine the current level of engagement and how to elevate trust, empowerment and accountability to achieve higher levels. We establish a framework for hard conversations and train leaders on having these conversations with courage, sincerity, and skill.

Audience: This training is designed for leaders & managers who want to have a tighter connection with their peer group in order to create higher levels of success for all.
We address the importance of peer-to-peer among leaders sharing similar levels of responsibility. We explore operating principles of a Deeply Connected Peer Group, and emphasize how to show up for one another, how check in and assess each other’s level of wellness and create safe containers for sharing concerns and calling each other out when necessary. We cover an Archetype exercise to help them lean into their natural tendencies inside the Deeply Connected Peer Group and then customize this idea to their specific needs.
Length: 3 hours
#3 – Communication Mastery: How to Connect & Relate with Different Styles
Audience: This training is designed for any group of professionals whether individual contributors, members of a staff or a project team, managers or leaders at any levels of organization seeking to eliminate conflict & tensions from miscommunication, increase trust & connection, and communication with emotional maturity.
The training covers the framework of:
- Understanding your behavioral tendencies and style in conversations and relationship building
- Adapting that style to your circle of influence on a situational basis to better connect and relate
Participants will take an assessment prior to the training. They will receive their comprehensive DiSC Workplace report, which includes their exact DiSC style, their strengths and challenges and strategies on how to improve upon them. After the training, they will have a complete and detailed understanding of their communication style and how to adapt it to their ecosystem effectively, to deepen trust and increase their influence in every interaction.
