Hi, I’m Farnoosh Brock and my story begins in Tehran, Iran where I was born and raised. When I was 11, we went on a ‘2-week vacation’ to Turkey and stayed for 3 years. Then we immigrated to the US where I quickly learned English (my 3rd language), finished high school and went on to earn a Bachelor’s and Master’s in electrical engineering followed with a CCIE and PMP in my corporate job. The high-tech world is where I made my career for the next 12 years in the Voice over IP and Project Management sector. My roles evolved from engineer to project manager to executive communications to sales operations. In 2011, I resigned to start our own company with my engineer husband.

My latest book, The Serving Mindset: Stop Selling and Grow Your Business (Pub 2018), is about changing our conversations from Selling to Serving – whether we are selling products or ideas or ourselves – and it informs all my work and the principles I teach and speak on.
My primary mission as a business and leadership coach is to show you that the right mindset enables exponential success in everything you want to achieve. My secondary mission is to change the conversation from selling to serving, and to achieve every business goal from this place.
